Germany 2006

After a boring start to the WC, the game are starting to look like it's the world cup rather than the carling cup they are playing for. And what a day of games it'd been last night. Watching Australia coming back from 1 down to win it 3 - 1 against Asian champs Japan, I was glad that my choice of the underdog this WC dint fail me. Nevertheless, it was Czech Republic's 3 - 0 win over the USA that really stirred me. I'm so glad Arsenal bought that Rosicky guy coz his value would definitely have doubled after the WC.

Anyway to all those funtypeople out there, MJ has suggested that we spend a day catching one of the WC matches. Since Sat night is the obvious choice, may I present 3 options..

(1) 24th (Sat) / 25th (Sun) of June

Round of 16
11pm - Winner of Grp A vs Second of Grp B
3am - Winner of Grp C vs Second of Grp D

(2) 1st (Sat) / 2nd (Sun) of July

3am

(3) 9th (Sun) of July
