Experiential Learning
Didn't learn much when i was barked at, all those mistakes n everything else, learnt wrongly or didn't learnt. But that's all in the past. Even as this year the junior batch undergo the same routine, as a AGL, i try to be as calm as possible, for i believe i left those years of barking n scolding in the uniform group days. That's not what i joined this organisation for.
Well, this one has been such a successful learning attempt, for
u learn most when u teach. Besides, all the work n preparations have really mould most, if not all of us. Such stuff just ain't learnt thru lectures n classes, or sitting at a gallery trying to relate first aid to the poor JC1s. It just comes about naturally, when u go thru it, it just happens.
Now that the main obstacle has pass, n i believe by far it has been a trememdous effort by the committee, managing some really last-minute-but-effectively-useful changes. All thanks to the committee. Well done peeps! However, bear no grudges for this major activity has seen many conflict. Big or small, long or short, these are just tests of our bonds n i'm sure no particular one will take heart to any such occurences. When something wrong happens, something crops up at the last minute, or something important is missing, fingers start to point around, everywhere except yourself, n all kinds of heated, unglam words start spurting around. Furthermore, all of us are humans, naturally emotional creatures n of course in the face of your reddest emotion some of us just cannot hold everything. Now that the dust has settle n the times are over, lets just treasure our remaining times n let such conflicts be gone forever...
