Looking at the situation right now, seriously hope in a months time history do not repeat itself. Yet, no confidence at all. Everything's been doing, guess just ain't enough. There must be some parts missing, just that it had been unnoticed. If the current crop can't produce the results, given more or the same amount of time, what makes us can? Just hope that no ceteris paribus 'cause there is certainly some advantage on our side. Observe. Check. Evaluate. Learn thru experience...

Realised myself changing over the past few weeks / months. In certain aspects, domineering has become a part of life, for reasons unknown to even myself. Just as when things are going, desire to see the same structure familiar to myself, for perhaps it's self-delusion, but trust in yourself in somewhat basic. Maybe suggestive of a level of leadership, by pulling the remaining n trying to clear up the mess. Task orientation will lead to insensitivity, negligence of other's feelings. I fear...

More n more critical. When things do not go my way, speaking out is probably what will happen. Questions start to fire, irregardless of the other's emotions. Such blant-ness can probably 'cause more irritation n stress to the fellows, making it all wrong. Yet when a potential mistake or area of concern is so obvious, it's somewhat impossible to overlook it, or i should say ignore it. More tact is needed. More understanding. More concern. Revert back...
