Update on the interesting weekend.
Life concert was good. Although everything happened almost as exactly as last year's, it still a good experience. One have to wonder in a school like sa, it is inevitable that the religious teaching does have an effect on you. For people like me, who had never been so exposed to such stuff b4, it really is enriching. There's so much more to know out there, out of this tiny well of mine.
The sky is actually much bigger out there... There's so much I've learnt, yet even more I haven.
Discovery is a process, a journey without a destination.
Saturday was ubin recee for oec. A tired day to start out with, me sleeping only 4+ hrs the night b4. Extremely carelessness. Who else can I blame? When things wanna go wrong for you, they just do. Losing your watch on a bus is like crap man, who can believe such things will happen. A wrist watch, as the name implies should be on your hand! Yes, my hand! Yet such dum-ity was me that I actually held it in my hand. The rest is history. The whole recee wasn't very much appealing to me. I guess partly it was due to my fatigue n a slight headache that bugs me through the whole recee. The warm n humid weather didn't help too. But at least I lifted myself n pushed through the whole thingy. Thats the least I could have done.
Evening the same day, I went to my friend's house. A first-3-mth class reunion. Thinking back, the first 3 mths was definitely one of the best in my life. All the friends n so on. Life in class at least, was good to begin with. And it definitely have to do with me being in a class that I can connect to, classmates that I can click with, and class spirit is never lacking. Had a mini-cycling trip that reminded me of the night bike hike we had last year. But seriously, cycling at night is just so cool. (wads more the bike isn't ours!) Didnt sleep the whole night. Time spent with those ppl really is fun. No matter what we do, sitting by the pool gluping down drinks, in the house playing games, or cycling around the neighbourhood, even just sitting around a table n talking makes the time spent worth it.
Life's back to normal routine...
Infatuated, am I?
